Monday, March 14th is the due date for our Spring Fundraiser. All order forms, checks & unsold LaRosa's buddy cards must be turned in to Lydia Brashear by the end of the meeting (6:15pm). I'll be available to take your order forms throughout the meeting, starting at 4:30. (I'll be helping the Explorers erect their tee pees from 4:00-4:30.) To help things flow as smoothly & quickly as possible please be ready with following:
Please have the total number of Butter Braids, total number of checks & amount collected, filled in at the bottom of your order form.
Please write checks for any cash payments you have received as I cannot accept cash.
Monday, March 14th is the final day to register & pay for SunWatch Village. Jessica Brown is handling all paperwork & payments. Cost for the overnight Friday (which includes a craft, breakfast & the day program Saturday) is $30/person (with the troop paying the $4 Saturday fee for all Explorer girls). The Saturday program is $4 for children & $5 for adults.
You may use funds from your family account to pay for this event, including profit from the Spring Fundraiser. When using your account, you'll need to fill out a "Use of Girl Accounts" form. We will have a stack of these along with current account totals available at the registration table. If you are using profit from the Spring Fundraiser to pay for SunWatch, please be sure to see Lydia Brashear to have your fundraiser processed before seeing Jessica to pay for SunWatch. We'll be sitting at the same table.
