We are planning to have leader training on Tuesday September 7 at 7:00 at Hope Church. We are offering both Tenderheart and Explorer training. The invitation to attend is extended to ALL OH3124 families. Why are we doing this? Because Lydia and I feel that it would only strengthen our troop if more families are aware of just what leadership involved. The more informed our families are, the better our troop will function. Attending this training is absolutely NOT committing you to leadership. It just means that you better understand how the leadership works and what is involved. Shall we say that it takes the mystery out of leadership?
We are encouraging every family to join us, even though the notice is rather short. Please let Cynthia know if you are attending.
