Just a reminder that your annual dues include 4 badges and $9 in service stars per girl/year (Badges: 1 for the Fall, 1 for the Winter order and 2 for the Spring order). If your daughter received any badges in the fall, then she got her credit for her badge paid in her dues. If she did not, then this one badge carried forward to the next order. If your daughter has earned any additional badges, sports pins or service stars beyond the above number, they must be paid for at the meeting on Monday, January 9. This includes any badges earned at Adventure Camp this summer.
You may pay with the Use of Girl Accounts form, check made out to Hope Church, or $cash$ (We now have a process in place where we can take cash! Debbie has a receipt book on hand that lets her give a dual copy receipt to the person who pays. That way the Troop has a receipt to tell who paid and the payee has a receipt as proof of payment.)
Costs are as follows:
Badges $3.75 ea.
Service Stars $1.00 ea.
Sports Pins $4.00 ea.
Pam will be available to answer any questions and accept payment the entire meeting.
