The time schedule for the weekend is as follows:
Friday the 14th
Arrive at 6pm. Please be sure to eat dinner first.
Pioneer/Patriots to sleep in tents on tree house platforms.
Explorers to sleep in tents.
Tenderheart 2s and 3s to sleep in lodge with their leaders.
Pathfinder and T1 girls are required to have a parent camp with them. They may sleep in lodge with mom if room permits; otherwise they are to camp with parents.
Families can pitch a tent (in the same general area as the other tents)
*All girls are able to sleep with their own family if they prefer.*
Saturday the 15th
7:30ish: Breakfast (quick, easy & maybe healthy?)
9am-11am: service project (Dads, brothers, whole families to help.)
1am-1pm: lunch and break (free time.)
1pm-3pm: service project.3:30-5pm: activities by unit/planned by unit (i.e. outdoor games, hiking, scavenger hunt, etc. pi/pas to help w. dinner, cleanup and bonfire; pair with explorers for fire building.
5ish: dinner-chili dogs/chips & smores and cake for dessert.
7pm: bonfire, rededication of troop & flag retirement ceremony. FAMILIES WELCOME-Even if not staying the weekend.
9pm: finish up (smores.)
*Our wonderful Explorer leader, Susan Mcmanus, has volunteered to watch small children in lodge during service projects. (crafts, activities, etc.)
Sunday the 16th
8am: Breakfast
9am: Devotions around fire
10am-noon: pack (exit by noon.)
