May 4 - 6, 2012Three Days of fun on the farm that includes:
• Horseback Riding/Horsemanship Badge
• Climbing Adventures/Climb On Badge
• Boating Safety Badge
• Old Fashioned Barn Dance w/Wrangler Matt
And many optional activities for your troop such as:
Camping, Fishing, Hiking, Outdoor Cooking, etc.
(These badges can all be earned on your own as a troop)

Event Details
• Weekend begins on Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. with dinner and ends Sunday after lunch is served.
• Yu have the option to stay as a troop and earn additional badges on your own through Sunday afternoon.
• Includes all meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch, snacks are optional and on your own.
• Prices for girls include covering all requirements for the Horsemanship, Climb-On and Boating Safety Badge. (Climb-On is an Explorer Badge Only)
We have 125 spots in Bunk Houses and 125 spots for Tent Campers – first come first serve!
(Girls who camp can earn their camping badge!)

How much is it?
$84.00 per Camper
$50.00 per Chaperone
(add $17 for-AHG Adult Registered*-Chaperone who wants to participate in Trail Rides)

A NON-REFUNDABLE, 50% Deposit of half the total cost is due NLT Wednesday, Nov. 2nd, payable to Hope Church.
(for ex: 1child, 1registered adult w/ Trail Ride option is $151 total. Half deposit will be $75.50)

Checks and registration information (#of child campers/ #of adult registered campers/# of adult registered campers going on Trail Rides/Bunk or Tent camping preference) can be mailed to Michelle for receipt NLT November 2nd to
