October 24th marks the kick off for our Fall Fundraisers

We have put together a fall fund raiser program to financially assist both the troop and the individual girls.

• Chick-fil-a
We will kick off our fall fund raiser on October 24 at Chick-fil-a Deerfield Crossing.
That day from 4:00 till 8:00 p.m., we will receive a portion of the proceeds from anyone dining at the Deerfield Crossing, Mason Chick-fil-a who presents a coupon. So.....invite everyone.....friends, family, neighbors, co-workers.....and make sure they bring a coupon. We are not permitted to pass out coupons or post signs at Chick-fil-a. Make sure everyone has a coupon before they go. This will be a great, fun time of fellowship. Hope to see you there. We are still having a troop meeting this day! Your friends and family are welcome to go at 4:00, but the troop will be going when we finish our troop meeting. Our goal is to raise enough money to put $10 in every girl account for January dues!

• Abbey Candles
We will be selling Abbey candles. The girls can take orders beginning October 24. Orders must be turned in by November 14 and delivery begins December 5.
Additionally if anyone is interested, we can get product to display and sell. If you want to set up a display at your church, co-op or favorite retail store (i.e. Krogers or Walmart -- with their permission), let us know. We will need to order the product for you to display. This is a great alternative fund raiser if you don’t like knocking on doors.

• McDonald’s
We will also be selling McDonald’s coupon books. The coupons are good anywhere in the greater Cincinnati area. Be prepared on October 24th to sign out as many books as you believe you can sell. The books cost the troop $0.25 per book and sell for $5.00! We expect this to be a very easy sell for the girls.

Participation in the fall fundraiser is NOT required but is strongly encouraged. The troop will be keeping the first $10 profit for each girl. EVERYTHING the girls sell after that $10 for the troop is their money to be used for any AHG activity or for dues. At the profit margins we are enjoying, girls can raise money to pay their January dues, Father/Daughter dance, and even summer camp! If your daughter wants to go to Adventure or Challenge camp, start planning now with the fall fundraiser.
