Just a reminder that we will be meeting with the girls at our normal meeting time of 4:30 on Monday. Please drop them off in the Fellowship Hall where they will have snack. We will then proceed to the main Sanctuary to rehearse for our end of the year Court of Awards.
It is imperative and very important that every girl be in full uniform: either blue (TH) or khaki (Explore & up) bottoms, white POLO (NOT T-SHIRTS!!!!) with proper vest or sash and kercheif. Girls not in uniform will not be chosen for the flag ceremony.
We are asking all parents to come and be seated at 6:00 so we can honor the girls and all their work. At 7:00 we will head to the Fellowship Hall for our dinner.
We are still looking for people to volunteer to help with the clean up. We will have tables and chairs to put away so we need lots of help.
