Our Fall Fundraiser starts at the next meeting & runs until October 25th. We are selling LaRosa's Buddy cards, Zone Books (coupon books), & Yankee Candles. You get to decide which products you would like to sell. Like last year, the first $20 in profit goes to the national office. This is to pay the $20 per girl fee that all troops owe in addition to the girls' national registration. Any fundraising profit above the first $20 goes directly into each girl's account to spend on AHG activities, a new handbook, extra badges, etc! Since your daughter gets to keep what she earns, this is a great way to offset the cost of the program! The profit potential breaks down as follows: $4 profit per Buddy Card, $8 profit per Discover Book, & 35% profit per Yankee Candle.
NOTE: Each family is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to sell a minimum of 3 Buddy Cards. The $12 profit will go toward the $20 that is owed for the National Programming Fee. The troop must sell at least 40% of the cards or we will be charged for them. We don't think this will be a problem, but we need every family to really help with this.
