We have some serious leadership needs within our troop. Some units are in a situation that will make us close the unit to any new registrations unless people step up to leadership. That could mean that we can't grow any further and potentially we would have to shrink. I do not believe that this is what God wants from us. Please prayerfully consider if God is call YOU to be a leader.
Here are our needs:
Pathfinder: We need someone who would be willing to commit to these youngest of girls. Even if you don't have a kindergarten student, you can serve these girls.
Tenderheart 1: We have NO leaders at all. We need a leader and co-leader
Tenderheart 3: We need one more leader. One leader from last year is filling another major troop need. As it stands right now, we can only have 12 girls in this unit. We had approximately 18 last year! Without another leader, six girls will not be able to reregister
Explorers: We need at least two more leaders. Currently we have only one Explorer leader.
